Good morning everyone! 2 days ago was what europeans nordics call blue monday… I hope you all skipped it, I know I did ; ) . To be honest I′ve been so busy I didn′t remember about it but I recall the day was blue Monday appropiate if we speak weather wise.
So…today I′ve bringing to the table some sweet little snacks, hope you′ll enjoy!
- 200 g Your favourite granola
- 1 Banana
- 6 Small chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tbsp Dulce de leche or caramel
- 1/2 tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese
-For the topping:
- Chia seeds
- Coconut small flakes
- Cocoa powder
- White or Black sesame
Preheat the oven at 160°C and roast the granola for about 20 minutes or till it′s golden and crunchy.
Once the granola cools, set all the ingredients together in a bowl (not the toppings) and whisk until it′s homogeneous. The banana should be mixed already looking creamy like purè.
Let the preparation cool for in the fridge for 15 minutes. Once the mix is firm, roll them in the palm of your hands until ball shape. Sprinkle them in the toppings and enjoy.
Notice you should consume this product fresh right after making it.
