Classic Madeleines

Good morning everyone! as you can see I′m trying to catch up with everyone so here I′m leaving you one of the most classic (but yet never boring) madeleine recipe.

  • 50 g Melted butter
  • 30 g Flour
  • 20 g Almond powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 40 g sugar
  • 8 g Vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs

Let´s cook…First preheat the oven 180°C.

In a medium bowl whisk the eggs and the sugars. Then add the flour and the baking powder to the egg mix without stoping the whisking. Add the almond powder and the melted butter and mix until the preparation looks homogeneous.

Set the mix even to the top on a Madeleine´s plaque pan.

Bake for 8 minutes.

You can eat them hot or after the cool down. Just remember to keep them on a hermetic plastic bag after consuming.

Hope you´ll enjoy!
