Shrimps n′ brie bruschetta

Good evening readers, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, I certainly did!

Today I′m sharing this “easy to make” appetizer, perfect for those days were you are not expecting company and suddenly the bell rings.


  • Bread (cut into slices)
  • Brie cheese (cut into slices)
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh 1/2 lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To prepare this I used spelt bread slices. I slightly toasted them with a bit of olive oil in a frying pan, then remove and stir-fry the shrimps (I previously marinate them with olive oil a bit of lemon juice and half the herbs cut in thin slices). Once it′s done remove, clean the pan with a paper tissue and slightly melt the cheese til it′s golden (the stove and pan shouldn′t too hot).  Season the bread with olive oil, set the cheese, then the shrimps on top and squeeze a twist of lemon plus the rest of the herbs.
